ORDERS: In submitting an order you are accepting our terms and conditions here. Our terms and conditions do not affect consumers statutory rights.

RECEIPT: On receipt of your order we will check all the details. We will check all pricing to ensure any possible discounts are applied. If we have any questions regarding your order we will contact you immediately. You will always be charged the lowest possible total price for your order. We never substitute products unless authorised within your order. A printed receipt will be issued with your order.

PAYMENT: All prices are shown and charged in UK Pounds Sterling. For Cheques, cash, money orders, postal orders: Please make payable to 'Sheer Nylons'

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, JCB, Eurocard and Solo. There are NO extra charges for credit card payments wherever you live.

EXCHANGES: Please check goods when received. We do not accept the return of hosiery once the package has been opened. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. PLEASE CONTACT SHEER NYLONS REGARDING ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN PRIOR TO THEM BEING SENT, THIS WILL AVOID DELAYS AND EXPENSE TO YOU. Items returned outside these conditions will not be re-shipped at our expense. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

CLAIMS: In the unlikely event your order is not received within 30 days contact SHEER NYLONS on +44 (0)1604 792232. We will investigate immediately and thereafter issue a Loss Claim Form, which requires signing and returning to us. Any person using the claim system to obtain further goods without payment will be dealt with by civil and/or criminal law.

DATABASE: We maintain an electronic database of all order details. We retain your name and address, payment and order details and certain correspondence/contact information pertaining to orders. These are kept to assist with received and future orders. Your details are not sold, loaned or made available to any other person or business. We may mail or email you with Sheer Nylons offers or information. If you do not wish to receive future mailings from Sheer Nylons please contact us or state when ordering. OTHER ITEMS: We have no facilities for personal callers. We reserve the right to withdraw items and alter future pricing without notice. We do not substitute goods within an order unless specified by the customer.
