Shipping Rates

Below is useful information on our shipping terms and conditons.

Normally orders are posted on the day of receipt, or the next day if the order comes in after the post has gone. During very busy periods the order dispatch maybe a few days later.

Packaging

All our orders are sent using plain packaging with no mention of Sheer Nylons on the packaging. Inside you will find an invoice which contains our return address. If you would like to send your order as a gift without the invoice enclosed then let us know on the order comments box and we will do the rest.

Postal Service

All our postage is handled by Royal Mail, we offer a selection of postal services listed below. If you require a special postal service not listed, then please contact us directly and we will endeavour to meet your postal needs.

We offer a selection of postage options to match our customers requirements, we recommend however 'Recorded' delivery where possible to avoid any disappointment with lost items in the post. 'Recorded' postage with Royal Mail offers the following service:

Proof of postage, that Sheer Nylons has sent the order
Insurance, to a limited value
Postage tracking number that can be used at the www.royalmail.co.uk

Please consider your postage option very carefully, any items lost in the post without insurance or not sent as recorded delivery will not be refunded or sent again by Sheer Nylons, this forms part of our terms and conditions.

If you live outside of Europe you may be charged duty. Most countries have sensible duty levels allowing you to import items valued at up to a couple of hundred pounds without incurring duty. It is possible to split up your parcels if required so if you are worried about duty please contact me.

Although we make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
